Our Client is a global, well recognized brand who decided to establish a new SSC in Krakow with focus on HR Operations. Now we are looking for experienced Recruitment Administrator to join newly created teams.
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment processes from administrative perspective and acting as a support for Global Talent Acquisition Director.
- Supporting recruitment teams from administrative perspective (uploading jobs on the system, capturing candidates’ applications, placing vacancies on the job boards, etc.),
- Arranging interviews, liaising with line managers and recruitment agencies.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the successful conclusion of recruitment campaigns.
- Supporting with reporting and formatting various documentation.
- handing ad hoc inquiries.
- administrating applicant tracking system (Workday).
The ideal candidate should bring:
- relevant working experience in recruitment / talent acquisition administration.
- experience in working for international markets.
- fluency in English.
- very good communication skills, customer oriented approach.
- experience in delivering reports, managing data as well as Workday knowledge would be an advantage.
