Description
- Drive the strategy, creation, stabilization, and further expansion of the recruiting delivery centre.
- Overall Programme Management for the delivery centre: create and execute stabilization plans for the current scope and work out future scopes and opportunities
- Build, retain and expand our high-performance delivery organisation by hiring exceptional talent and continuously developing the teams, fostering collaboration within the centre and within the organisation as well as across the customer life-cycle, being a model for what great looks like.
- Boost our recruiting delivery value by creating a sustainable delivery lifecycle and thus, ensuring higher adoption and satisfaction as well as greater advocacy and reference-ability
Profile
- Strong experience as a strategic Business Leader with strong knowledge in recruiting and scaling recruiting delivery at regional or global level ideally with understanding of shared services mind-set.
- Deep understanding of recruitment industry, recruitment delivery business models, customer engagement and their value drivers
- Deep empathy for customers and great passion for driving growth
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, the ability to think laterally and solve problems with exceptional customer focus
- As an experienced leader a high level of ethics, trust and inspiration is defining you
- You have excellent English skills. (Any other European language is desirable i.e., German, French…)
