Responsibilities
- Coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process from design, development and execution of sourcing strategies, initial briefing with hiring managers and suggesting attraction strategies.
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and internal stakeholders / Business Partners
- Reporting on Recruitment related metrics
- Proactively meeting / engaging with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine current and future requirements and develop an effective talent pipeline of external candidates in partnership with the candidate sourcing teams.
- Close cooperation with sourcing team to shortlist appropriate candidates, facilitate interviews and manage the candidate closing process
- Advising the business on recruitment best practice and market updates
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment / sourcing - we have roles on different seniority levels depending on previous experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
