For our Client, an international company which decided to establish new office in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for Recruitment related roles. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in talking to people and should have excellent organisational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.


  • Coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process from design, development and execution of sourcing strategies, initial briefing with hiring managers and suggesting attraction strategies.
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and internal stakeholders / Business Partners
  • Reporting on Recruitment related metrics
  • Proactively meeting / engaging with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine current and future requirements and develop an effective talent pipeline of external candidates in partnership with the candidate sourcing teams.
  • Close cooperation with sourcing team to shortlist appropriate candidates, facilitate interviews and manage the candidate closing process
  • Advising the business on recruitment best practice and market updates

  • Experience in recruitment / sourcing - we have roles on different seniority levels depending on previous experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
