Your new role
As a Recruitment Partner for one of our clients you will be a vital point of contact for our Hiring Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost efficient service is delivered. You’ll proactively engage with hiring managers on an on-going basis which will help you determine future requirements and start pipelining suitable candidates. You will plan recruitment drives and campaigns to ensure the business secures the best talent. You’ll manage the recruitment process in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice processes and market updates and work as part of a dynamic and flexible team structure.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record within Sales, Engineering, Technology or Corporate recruitment, ideally - but not essentially - drawn from an RPO/MSP or 360⁰ environment. You speak fluent English and Russian. You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and as part of a team that is remotely spread across Europe. Your attention to detail and organisation skills will be second to none, and you can demonstrate you are customer service and delivery focused. You always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame and you know your way around applicant tracking systems, how sourcing works and how to work with recruitment agency partners.
