On behalf of our client, an international company in FMCG Industry we are currently looking for The Quality Production Lead. A person holding this position will be responsible to the site Quality Manager for support and respect the quality standards within relevant area of the factory.
Person holding this position will be responsible for monitoring and review Quality Management & H.A.C.C.P system versus legal requirements and BRC standards. Reviewing customer and consumer complaints from relevant area of the factory and ensuring the root cause is identified are within the core responsibilities in this role. You will be expected to analyse and review relevant quality issues with Production Teams and agree corrective actions to address daily, weekly and monthly Quality KPI to target, as well as liaise and communicate with Operational Managers on Company Quality training standards to support effective skills and knowledge in all employees. As a Lead you will be expected to provide the quality trainings and coaching the shop floor. You will be also responsible for preparing, organizing and leading the internal and external audits to ensure audit requirements, protocols, previous issues and concerns are communicated to all stakeholders. You will have a chance to participate in new product development projects and cooperation in the factory projects.
To fulfill the requirements the candidate should provide good knowledge and practical experience of developing, implementing and improving Quality Management Systems to BRC or similar and have few years' experience in quality food industry. Candidate should be able to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high quality assurance and have the ability to coach and develop operation staff in quality and food safety. Experience in root cause analysis and problem resolution is very important, as well as working knowledge of HACCP, GHP/GMP. Trained BRC or similar Internal Auditor is welcome. Team working attitude with strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on delivery the goals are necessary for this role. Good written and verbal English is a must.
