Client Details
Our client is a multinational manufacturer within the industrial equipment area. They pride themselves on Quality and customer satisfaction and operate in many countries all over the world.
Description
You will be responsible for:
- Revising and implementing solutions improving Quality Control and Quality Assurance System,
- Managing external/International suppliers from a quality perspective as well as internal process at all levels
- Reducing the effect of non-conforming supplier materials on the production area
- Managing in house systems ensuring all procedures are kept up to date, revised and modified to meet the needs of certification bodies
- Taking charge of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Quality & Customer Safety pillar team
- Cooperating with local and international stakeholders on solving quality issues from the markets,
- Producing written reports and make presentations as well as undertaking continuous training and development
- Undertaking internal and process Audits of the Quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and OHAS18001)
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Min. 5 years of experience in Quality Management, including min. 2 years of people management
- Experience with managing Quality management systems including ISO14001, ISO9001, OHSAS 18001)
- Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM)/Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement program
- Outstanding leadership skills, able to create strong teams
- Independent decision maker, focused on tasks and deadlines to be delivered in a timely manner
- Good command of English
