Job Description

For our client, leading international company, we are currently looking for Quality Manager.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

- managing a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians

- responsibility for hiring, penalizing, appraising, training, developing the team

- defining and following standards in safety, housekeeping, quality, production and internal regulations, and making the team follow them

- managing customer relationships in quality issues: giving them answer and support when needed, visiting customers’ plants to detect improvements, getting feedback of products

- giving right criteria from customers to production to guarantee customer satisfaction while achieving business productivity goals

- managing suppliers quality: leading suppliers audits to guarantee supplier products quality standards, defining and following suppliers’ quality KPI, helping to promote a continuous improvement culture with suppliers

- defining and monitoring quality KPIs per customer

- defining and following-up Kaizen strategy – Continuous Improvement

Requirements

- required education: Master Degree (Technical or Business) or MBA
- professional experience: previous experience in quality on managerial position (automotive industry)
- personality: good managerial skills, initiative and accountable; team player while focused on results, positive attitude, high energy, leadership skills and self-motivated;
- formal qualifications: driving license;
- other: office equipment operating;
- languages: advanced level of English and German
