Description
Currently, we are looking for a System Engineer who will carry out a project for our Client – an American data communication and telecommunication equipment provider.
Main tasks
- Writes and maintains Quality & Service Procedures, to include Work Instructions and SOP updates
- Implements, maintains, and/or improves the quality system to meet or exceed regulatory and ISO compliance
- Maintains current knowledge of ISO 9000, 20000 & 27001, and other related regulations and conducts training as appropriate
- Ensure the Quality functional requirements are compliant with corporate procedures as well as industry standards and regulations
- Lead all Regulatory Inspections
- May be responsible for Global Process ownership
- Manage, facilitate, and support Management Review activities, the Complaints process and activities and CAPA and NCE activities
- Function as the Quality department liaison and subject matter expert to other department representatives, customers and regulatory representatives
- Recommend process changes as a result of trends from NCE/CAPA/Complaints
- Assist in the development and/or administer GMP training regularly to the facility, including orientation of all new regular and temporary personnel
- Track, monitor, and coordinate GMP-related training for the Quality group.
- Propose, implement and enforce quality improvements
Requirements

- Initiates simple process improvement methods and sustainable processes.
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred)
- 5+ years of work experience on similar position
- Have good understanding of ISO 9001 & other service management systems like ISO 20000 and experience with document control a significant plus
