

Quality Assurance Manager
We are looking for a person who will take the position of Quality Assurance Manager.
He or she will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and improving the Quality processes to facilitate greater internal efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Client Details
Our client is a global manufacturer of diversified chemical products. The company is currently establishing a new Business Centre in Kraków, where it is locating new competences.
Description
- Monitoring the quality management system to keep the controlled documented information up to date reflecting the actual processes.
- Monitoring the Internal audit plan and including eventual findings in the management review.
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions from internal and external audits.
- Collaboration with the Regional EMEA Quality functions to assist on and implementation of Performance Products Quality initiatives.
- Interacting with the Commercial team and directly with customers as needed, to provide guidance and advise to resolve issues linked to Customer requirements.
- Coordination and storage of responses to customer quality surveys and questionnaires.
- Providing central management of the C4C complaint system to monitor the timely closure of complaints in collaboration with investigators and Customer service.
- Assisting investigators in drafting 8D reports when needed.
- Keeping a record of Supplier evaluations provided by Customers and defining an action plan where needed.
- Preparing a monthly complaint review report, highlighting trends and distributing to the relevant internal functions.
- Preparing training material linked to Quality and providing training on the C4C complaint module to new Customers Service representatives or Investigators.
- Closely work together with the responsible person in the Technical Area for product complaints.
- Introducing Supply Chain improvement initiatives linked to continuous improvement.
- Coordination of the DNV external ISO 9001:2015 audits.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with strong experience working as a Quality Assurance Manager in a similar environment.
- Good understanding of lean and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English.
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
- An organized and systematic approach, a true advocate for quality work.
