For our Client, one of the world's largest providers of public services, we are looking for a Quality Analyst to join new BPO structures in Kraków.
Your new role
As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring team's performance as specified by the Client and performing quality check (by mail and phone), providing feedback to the team on the basis of their performance, preparing quality related reports, attending calibration calls with the Client and ensuring that updates are cascaded among agents. Your daily duties will also include working closely with the teams (Training, Quality) to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with experience in working closely with quality service, preferably in tourism industry. Very good command of English and Italian is a must (min. C1 level). Great communication and soft skills, ability to work well with the team, in both supervisory and support staff roles are required.
