Purchasing Support Specialist

Requirements:
We offer:
- Support of grain purchases,
- Support of contracting planning,
- Coordination of grain purchase and other items needed for malt production,
- Assistance with contract with farmers, preparation of agreement for cooperation with them,
- Contact with farmers, coordination of quality audits, scheduling meetings for purchasing department,
- Supporting logistics regarding grain,
- Systems administration, ERP data input,
- Coordination of business meetings with other companies, trade fairs, seminaries and others.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in international company, with matrix structure,
- Experience in logistics, purchasing will be an advantage,
- Fluent English,
- Willingness to grow and develop skills,
- Detail oriented, organized and responsible attitude,
- Ability to prioritize and schedule workload,
- Problem-solving and communication skills,
- High school diploma,
- Basic office skills.
