We are currently looking for experienced candidates to join their new structure and office in Warsaw and become a PTP / T&E Process Improvement Manager. The successful candidate reports to the Global Process Delivery Director and is accountable for the operational process improvements & performance across the organisation. The role holder will also closely cooperate with the service provider. This cooperation includes communicating goals and performance targets.
Description
- Manages the process service delivery to global KPI's through the service provider. Driving performance to target, providing leadership and ensuring effective delivery through the service provider's organisation
- Identifies improvements and implements change with clear outcomes of improvement and standardisation
- Leads process improvement / automation for PTP / T&E area and can demonstrate measurable improvement year on year.
- Clear focus on end to end process performance across the enterprise. Builds and maintains strong enterprise partnership for delivery (Finance, IT and the wider business)
- Provide expertise for and support delivery of transformation and process improvement projects - ranging from small process improvements through to major projects.
- Maintains performance within allocated budgets.
- Will need to work globally across time zones and cultures.
- Success of the role will be measured by improvements in KPI performance, simplification / standardisation changes made and benefits realised.
- Has a deep knowledge of own process area and how this has been implemented across the world.
- Strong ability to resolve issues partnering with the service provider to implement change as required.
- Able to communicate at all levels within the organisation and with strong communication and stakeholder management drive a change agenda to delivery and benefits.
Profile
- Min. 5 years of professional experience on a similar position in an international environment (preferably in SSC/BPO companies)
- Higher education degree (Finance, Business)
- Fluent English
- Project Management and driving automation projects experience
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation and with strong communication and stakeholder management
- The role may require travelling
