PTP / TE Global Operations Expert(m/f)
The role holder is accountable for the operational process performance delivery and small improvements across the organization. Primary measures include; payment to terms, straight through processing, critical payments on time, health care professional payments, automation and process standardization. You will communicate goals and performance targets to the service provider and track performance at the key performance indicator level.

Description
- Identifying improvements and implements change with clear outcomes of improvement
- Working alongside their line manager to ensure KPI's are achieved
- Governing and supporting the service provider's teams responsible for the region
- Clear focus on end to end process performance across the enterprise
- Building and maintaining strong enterprise partnership for delivery
Profile
- Experience in managing process service delivery to global KPI's through the service provider
- Ability to communicate at finance leadership level within the organisation and with strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in identifying improvements and implementing changes with clear outcomes
- Very good knowledge process area and how this has been implemented across the world
- Strong problem solving ability and mind-set
