PTP Process Expert
On this position you will assist Process Deliver Leader with all matters regarding P2P process. You will work on key transformation initiatives for the Global PTP process, partnering with the other teams.
Client Details
Our Client is an international company with their CoE located in Poznań. For their developing structures we are looking for P2P Process Expert.
Description
- Understanding of PTP process, issues and roadblocks that may impact the process
- Promote best practice and compliance of standard practices across the PTP teams
- Build user knowledge and understanding of PTP systems and process to support issue resolution, including identification of workarounds to mitigate impact and agreeing the right level of escalation
- To consult on Transition / Transformation team and work closely with project delivery team on required aspects of PTP process mapping and end state design recommendation
- Review and monitor Controls to ensure risk Mitigation and drive remediation and action plan to ensure risk are mitigated. Act as control champion, ensure understanding of control, testing & monitoring
- Escalate process and systems exceptions and ongoing systems issues to Service Delivery Lead / Transition Lead, Regional Leader and other process owners
- Standardization of process, process improvement and process automatization
- Build network and mentors in country based Super Users engaging on performance process challenges
Profile
- University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economic or relevant experience
- Experience in PTP process
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of SAP will be preferred
- Project management qualification will be preferred
