Project Manager
Branch: project in multimedia sector
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: 100 – 150 PLN/h net on B2B (depending on experience)
Working hours: flexible
Location: remote / Warsaw
Remote work: 100% remote or working from the office in the centre of Warsaw

What will you do:
- Plan and deliver product releases
- Work with product management team, architects, development team, mangers of other teams to define goals, scope and timelines
- Coordinate and prioritize work for your team, assigning tasks and setting the course of action
- Maintain short and long-term product development plan and coordinate its implementation
- Identify risk, problem escalation and preparation of solution proposals
- Cooperate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Delivery Engineers in sales and deployment of the product

What we expect from you:
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience with end-to-end software delivery projects
- Show the ability to identify areas for improvement and developing and implementing approaches to improve
- Experience and skills in successfully formulating, organizing, and monitoring interconnected projects and programs of large scope, impact, and complexity through all phases of the life cycle
- Communicate clearly, precisely, and effectively
- Proven experience managing highly technical programs and projects
- Experience in Cross Functional Teams and Organization Collaboration
- Value clear, open communication. We value thoughtful feedback and regular dialogue and collaboration as a fundamental skill for our team members.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to make realistic assessments of product complexity and risk and mitigate
- Deep understanding of software requirements, development, testing, testability, reliability, and supportability
- Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
What would be a plus:
- Experience in the Streaming Media, Content Management and Video / OTT industry
- Experience in managing a high-velocity team that delivers software as a solution
- Two years of experience in software development are welcome
