For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

IT Project Manager

Type of contract: B2B via Hays Poland

Location: Cracow

Remote work with occasionally visits in the office - Cracow 

Salary rates: 110 - 130 PLN/h

We are looking for ADM area PM role who will support client Global Infrastructure Team in IT/IS infrastructure rollout activities at global scale in 50+ countries and 120 locations (infrastructure related small projects and tasks).

Knowledge & Experience:

• 3+ years’ direct work experience in an IT project management, including process development and execution.
• Previous experience in infrastructure project.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project and data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
• Solid working knowledge of current Infrastructure technologies, including Cisco Network, M365, MS Power apps.

• Collaboration in a team environment, communicative, flexible.
• Organizational skills, time management, structured work, Agile.
• Enhanced experience with MS Office.
• Fluent in English.

Tasks:

• Hosting and leading weekly alignment calls including task management, tracking activities and creation of meeting minutes.
• Manage and support Global Application Onboarding Process.
• Lead and support user revalidation and license cleanup activities for clients accounts.
• Lead and / or support client internal projects on request.

Personal Attributes:

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills (open, honest, flexible etc).
• Customer service skills an asset.
