We look for:
An experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead marketing projects independently through all phases
- Handle day-to- day administration of projects including managing milestones, schedules, deliverables as well as documents
- Coordinate internal resources and creative agencies for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure projects are completed to quality standards
- Responsible for communicating project status to clients and internal teams
- Develop project scopes and objectives
- Developing project staffing plans
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Hold recurring meetings with clients and internal teams on project initiatives and deliverables
- Responsible for communicating project status to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Excellent command of English is a must
- At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills and Time Management
- Teamworking skills
- Management and leadership skills
