We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Project Manager
Location: Kraków
Responsibilties:
Putting into action company’s Project Management framework and other frameworks within the project
Close cooperation with Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers and Global Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviors
Promoting and taking accountability for project quality
Identifying and sharing the resource requirements of the project
Planning and optimising the plan effectively to maximise benefits and minimise risk
Proactively monitoring project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships
Required skills:
More than 3 years professional experience working on complex project with multiple stakeholders in different countries
Banking industry knowledge
Self-driven and proactive
Fluent English
Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure
Fluent in financial and budget management
Experienced in project tracking, reporting and governance
Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools
Proven project management qualification (PMP, MSP) is an advantage
