DUTIES
- workload planning and estimation
- budget planning
- supervising the quality and timing of projects in progress
- organising day to day work of the project team (Scrum events like standup etc.)
- leading 3 - 4 projects simultaneously
- creating project documentation
- building long-term relationships with clients
- introducing innovative tools to automate processes
- building individual career and development path of team members
- taking care of friendly atmosphere in the workplace
- creating a positive company image
REQUIREMENTS
- at least 2 years of experience in leading IT projects
- technical knowledge allowing you effective communication with development team and clients
- practical knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks and process of software development (for example SCRUM and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
- impeccable work and time management skills
- work independence
- willingness to travel abroad
- fluent English (C1)
- knowledge of design and implementation of mobile apps will be a plus
- communicative or fluent German would be a plus
