Our Client is an international company, leader in its sector and currently, as the new structures have been established in Krakow, we are looking for experienced (Senior) Project Managerwho will lead and drive the changeas well as manage the newly planned projects.
On this position you will have an impact on the growth and change of the organisation- being in charge ofplanning, execution and implementation of the projects as well as tracking the results, reporting on the results. You will monitor the execution vs. budget being in constant touch with the senior management and external consultants engaged in the project execution. On the top of this, you will identify and report any arising issues and by providing recommendationsyou will have the chance to shape the future strategy and structure.
We are looking for professionals experienced in project / change managementwith a sound understanding of PMO and transition management experience as well (preferably in Finance / Banking / Accounting processes). Very good English and Germanlanguage skills are also required. You need to present excellent communication skills, ability to adjust to changing and dynamic environment as well as flexibility for business travels.
