Our Client is a part of the world's most international businesses from the FMCG sector, with brands sold in more than 200 markets around the world. Currently, we are looking for a Candidate as a Project Manager - Technology Transformation Manager. This global position is part of a Technology Transformation team located in Warsaw Tech HUB that develops, deploys and transition global Tech solutions. Person in this role will work closely with company's global partners, Project managers, senior Tech stakeholders, in Warsaw as well as in relevant countries to help lead the innovation of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
You will be responsible for:
- Managing innovative projects in global environment with multiple stakeholders
- End to end project management lifecycle coordination with business and external vendors
- Managing projects from brief through project planning, creative process. development, testing to deployment and maintenance
- Managing scope, communication, roles, risks & project documentation
- Ensuring timely project delivery as per scope, budget and client's expectations
- Optimizing communication with business stakeholders, creative and technical agencies as well as global IT team and third-party vendors
- Utilizing AGILE & Waterfall methodologies
- Ensuring that digital initiatives are compliant with digital governance, technical standards and security policies
- Leveraging enterprise-class solutions to drive efficiency and modernization
- Keep track of all project tasks and ensure all risks and issues are mitigated
- Providing regular insights and proposals for the overall improvement of change program to the management
Main requirements:
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Azure or AWS experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within global organizations and virtual teams. Ability to influence stakeholders
- Being a self-determined, results-oriented professional with the ability to facilitate and drive strategic change
- In-depth knowledge and broad experience in managing diverse technology based IT projects
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, DevOps or other
- Ability to apply technology solutions to business problems
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in English
- Managed a technology transformation project or a technology innovation project.
