For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Project Manager (Change and Implementation Processes).
Your new role
Holding this position you will plan, mobilize and direct projects of high complexity and scale from inception to closure. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of multiple work streams of large projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. Projects can be standalone or form part of a programme. You will also deploy the company's Project Management framework and other frameworks within the project, and closely work with Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers and Global Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviors.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be an ideal Candidate for this position, you need to possess more than 3 years professional experience working on complex project with multiple stakeholders in different countries as well as banking industry knowledge. You also need to have good understanding of retail banking business and experience in retail banking projects as well as experience in project tracking, reporting and governance. Fluent English skills are required, ability to speak other European Languages is an advantage. Proven project management qualification (PMP, MSP, Agile PM) will be an asset. In this role, you need to be able to work between 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm according to US time zone
