Your new role
Working as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leading a multidisciplinary project team (or teams) to deliver world-class solutions from the project concept phase, through requirements, development, verification and validation, and successful market launch
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the project team members
• Motivating diverse project teams to work together in the most efficient manner
• Cooperation with a customer on project proposals, specifications and troubleshooting to provide the best quality solutions.
• Regular communication to all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Acting as the primary customer contact during the project execution phase
• Monitoring all aspects of project development
• Project execution following our standards: ISO13485, IEC62304 and ISO14971
• Being up to date with regulations, especially Medical Device related
• Focusing on Embedded Software/Firmware/Hardware reliability during the development phases of the products, including rigorous regression testing
• Setting and executing functionality/specification, quality, cost, and timing targets
• Risk management
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications required:
• University degree in electronic/computer engineering or information technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ practical experience in a similar position, demonstrating successful delivery of embedded systems
• Strong technical knowledge in the areas of embedded systems with hardware design or embedded + mobile applications
• Strong process knowledge across the development lifecycle: system requirements, architecture, software development, and software lifecycle management within the project
• Proven track record of successfully delivered projects and market examples
• Outgoing personality and team player capabilities
• Pro-active, open, teamwork approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams
Experience in any of the following areas is a distinct advantage:
• Medical or clinical domain awareness
• Medical Device project development
• ISO 13485/IEC 62304
• Project Management certifications
