Job Tasks:

• Leader responsible for the part of the program related to all utilities: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Ammonia, Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (MEP), Chilled water, Firefighting, Compressed air, Natural gas, Wastewater, etc. Especially preferable HVAC, natural gas and piping, drainage systems.
• Responsibility for design and execution including technical questions answering, finding of technical solutions within design and execution.
• Ensuring project implementation according to the Client's standards, local legislation, with support of Engineering.
• Cross-functional cooperation with teams, regional engineering team, authorities, fire marshal, power and gas suppliers.
• Design approval, official permissions (for construction works, environmental assessment, fire expertise) for works and exploitation.
• Preparation or control of preparation of the regular presentations of the project implementation status.
• Accountability for CAPEX budget planning and spending. Ownership of timing and execution of the project.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Utilities engineering (on construction site/responsible for entire utilities installation on the Customer’s side) ·
• Execution and leading CAPEX projects as a preference
• Experience in development and implementation of the projects with Utilities/Infrastructure/Construction scope in food manufacturing facilities is a preference
