Project Customer Service Specialist with fluent English

We are recruiting motivated and hardworking persons with fluent English for a Customer Service Specialist position. Your responsibilities will include professional customer service via telephone and mail correspondence as well as administration of client database. If you have a customer service attitude and communicate fluently in English, you are the right person to work in this project.

Job requirements:
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience in Customer Service environment is a must
- Call center experience in English is an advantage
- Knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Good social skills, customer service oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Ability to go along with different people and work well in a team
