For our International Client, a global company located in Krakow, we are looking for Translation Project Manager, fluent in German. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of translation projects in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of translation projects in accordance with the standards and expectations of clients
- Monitoring the team's work and the whole project lifecycle process
- Managing the project’s budget
- Ongoing contact with customers, maintaining long-term relationships, Representing the organisation to customers
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
Job requirements:
- Fluently German (at least C1)
- Very good English (B2 level)
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to work under time pressure and excellent communication skills
- Multitasking, organisation skills
