As a Project Coordinator, you play a vital role in the execution of our service wind farm projects. You work as an integrated member of each project’s team. You support Service projects by making sure orders are executed timely and with precision – in that way you contribute to the success of the project by accurate and on-schedule supply. You will have a broad interface with internal stakeholders & external suppliers.

Twoje zadania
As a Project Coordinator, you play a vital role in the execution of our service wind farm projects. You work as an integrated member of each project’s team. You will have a broad interface with internal stakeholders & external suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- executing orders in SAP and Ariba in a timely and efficient manner,
- taking ownership of your own area of responsibility,
- supporting internal stakeholders with administrative tasks,
- supporting the invoicing process,
- coordinating projects and collaborating with multiple interdependent departments.
What you need to make a difference:
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for a candidate who:
- is structured, has an eye for detail and is self-driven,
- has experience with coordination from previous positions,
- has written and verbal communication skills in English and possess intercultural competences,
- is a team-player and has a positive can-do attitude,
- is familiar with Office 360 and especially Excel,
- is willing to travel both domestically and abroad,
- is able to work remote and with other team members online,
- has experience with working within the wind industry or procurement background.
