We are looking for the person to hold the position Program Managerto one of the Shared Service Center in Cracow.
New role
As a Program Manageryou will be responsible for managing all projects from business case / inception, delivery (implementation and deployment) to closure, supporting across the lifecycle of project delivery, clearly defining project scope and deliverables which achieve the strategic outcomes, identifying and developing trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders and sponsors and ensuring ensuring timely and consistent communication to stakeholders on progress, impacts, and changes associated with management of the portfolio. Your responsibilities will be also connected with taking a strategic approach to the delivery of assigned projects and looking for opportunities for robotics and automation and develop, lead and deliver those and many more.
Our requirements
To be the best Candidate you need to have at least 6-7 years of relevant experience, broad understanding and knowledge of transformation, culture and objectives, Programme Management skills and experience, qualifications for example: PMP certification or training, Prince2. Fluency in English is a must.
