Production and Order Management Coordinator - EMEA
We are searching for an experienced person within order management to develop and control one of the comapany's business line with the interest in anlysis and new technologies and tools.
Client Details
The company is one of the most significant players within metal flow engineering industry with over 100 years of its presence on the market and headquarter in London, listed on the London Stock Exchange. They decided to open a new business centre in the south of Poland where they centralise their processes, especially in terms of finance and accounting.
Description
- Conducting products specification; stock and contracts analysis
- Supporting IP processes and presentation of new solutions
- Setting projects and orders timeframes on the ground of a quality analysis
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives in terms of orders processing
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Risks analysis
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Account Manager to eliminate blockers; direct report to Customer Service Manager
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, preparing offers, plans and main challenges reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance
Profile
- Preparation and analysis of flowcharts, schedules and action plans in terms of order management
- Experience in clients and stakeholders management, and negotations
- Analysis of risks, forecast, quality measurementa by means of effective tools
- Good understanding of problem-solving tools (8D's, 5Y's, fishbone etc.)
- Good MS Excel Skills (incl. PivotTables & VLookups)
- The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required
- Public speaking and communications skills
- Fluent English (in speaking and writing)
- Proven logical thinker with skills in understanding and interpreting data
- Confidence and competence in dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels in international exposition
- Demonstrated aptitude to influence teams outside of reporting structure
