Product Owner

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for the development of flagship product of our client.

Description

• Provide the voice of the customer to the team to ensure they understand how the work they are doing relates to the needs of the business and our customers.
• Collaborate with your team to define the team's objectives and ensure the team remains focused on meeting those objectives.
• Work with product managers to define features for development in the future.
• Own the team's backlog and prioritize user stories to meet the needs of the business and our customer in the most effective way possible.
• Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
• Actively seek feedback from business stakeholders and relay it to the team.

Profile

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• A previous experience in product development (no need for the previous experience as PO)
• Language fluency (Polish and English)

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  

• Experience in developing products that integrate software on multiple platforms with proprietary hardware
• Experience with ISO-certified processes and audits, secure lifecycle development, and/or development of products
• Experience in the process control industry (general: automation, embedded experience/knowledge)
• Knowledge of process control and the application to control systems
