We are seeking for a person who will take position as Product Manager and join rapidly growing department. We are looking very proactive candidates, who are experienced in product management in pharmaceutical company, with proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies, ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Great enthusiasm and openness in contact with others are very welcome.

For our client, an innovative pharmaceutical company, which is one of the largest company in the world, currently we are looking for Product Manager.

Description

  • Preparing, updating and implementing respective chapters of plans (Brand Operational Plans/Brand Strategic Plans) including short and long-term sales/market share/profitability targets of the brands in Nephrology in coordination with Launch & Project Excellence Lead (with special emphasis of patient's pathway and diagnostics procedures)
  • Preparing strategy and operational plans to address underdiagnosed gap in Poland in cooperation with internal and external partners and authorities
  • Gathering and interpreting accurately the customer segmentation, market analyses, competitor analyses, other developments within the sector and the respective data to ensure that the brand plans will reach the targets, integrating these to the operational plans and keeping the plans updated
  • Contributing to ensure that consistent forecasts are made for the market, market share and sales to maintain the continuity of the growth of the brand and to make maximum use of the potential
  • Managing deliveries with constant contact with global, supply & distribution team. Making the most efficient use of the investments budget through planning the marketing activities in a manner to provide the maximum benefit to ensure that the defined profitability and sales targets are reached
  • Establishing a bilateral communication with the sales team to ensure that the strategic and operational plans are appropriately implemented, informing, directing, and providing feedback to and receiving feedback from, the sales team during periodical and other meetings and following up the implementation of the plan
  • Defining the communication strategy for the target customer portfolio for each brand, sharing /improving/implementing this strategy with the respective functions/persons.
  • Visiting customers through planning dual visits with the sales team to provide suitable strategy to the market and ensure that potential problems are solved
  • Building and maintaining relations with the Advisory Board Members and Associations as the representative of the Brand to obtain information about the market's practices and strategies and to maximise the commercial opportunities for the brand
  • Ensure all activities and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with the high standards of ethics and integrity required by the Code of Conduct, supporting Policies and Standards and Company Values to protect and enhance long term performance and reputation

Profile

  • Master degree required e.g. in Marketing, Management, Medical or relevant
  • At least 4 years' experience in an pharmaceutical company in marketing area
  • Background in diagnostics desirable
  • Understanding of Healthcare environment (outpatient clinics, pharmacies, hospital)
  • Experience in drug programs will be an advantage
  • Experience in screening programs
  • Experience in disease awareness campaigns, Patient support programs will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, min. B2/C1
  • Excellent motivation to drive and achieve goals
  • Ability to manage and maintain focus on multiple workstreams
  • Customer-oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker and attentive to details
  • Strategic thinker with ability to set product vision
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to set and manage priorities, resources, performance targets and project initiatives in a multi TA, matrix environment
  • High integrity and ethical standards
