For our client, international Banking company we are currently looking for a person to hold a position Product Manager. Company is located in Kraków.
Person employed on this position is going to be responsible for leading the Product Development, ensuring collaboration with many departments, managing projects from conceptualization to the industrial execution. Moreover, the person on this position will be responsible for leading the knowledge database, planning and conducting research and developmental activities. Develops key metrics KRIs to monitors trends. Ensures compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements. Communicate, coordinate and work closely with stakeholders and Product Management and Development teams to deliver products from idea phase to being in our users’ hands.

Expectations towards Candidates are:
- Min. 3 years of experience in a financial services environment. Experience in a Product Management or Processing role
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong analytical, organizational and excellent communication abilities, including ability to give effective presentations
- Capability of cooperating in international organization, having innovative, flexible and adaptable attitude
- Highly adaptable with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of internal control principles and Front to Back Processes
