Product Manager - International Pharmaceutical Company
Product Manager will play a key role in marketing team in Poland and will be fully responsible for the strategy development and execution on the local market as well as seizing portfolio development opportunities in the region. She or he will closely cooperate with Sales Director and field team in order to maximise commercial potential of the entrusted products.

Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company with the strong portfolio of RX products available both on open and hospital markets. They are the leading company within a certain treatment and their product respected and endorsed by Key Opinion Leaders and patients. The company has wide global coverage and strong local presence. Through research, partnering and acquisitions they aim at developing their portfolios and pipelines in the world. Product Manager will become part of a team who works closely together and supports each other.
Description
- Driving and developing the marketing plans and long-term promotion strategy Budget control and P&L responsibility
- Building strong relationship with KOLs via understanding complexity of existing therapeutic areas
- Integrating with other departments, sharing knowledge and challenging status-quo
- Ensuring programs and projects are delivered on time including overseeing of product life cycle
- Managing brand merchandising and developing opportunities across all product channels
- Analysing new product viability including sales volume potentials, technical capability, product gaps, number of SKUs, cost of goods and ROI
- Representing company during nation-wide events as well as international and regional forum
- Collaborating with management board locally and product development teams in HQ
Profile
- At least 3 year's experience of product management on independent position in pharmaceutical company
- Proven track record in managing complex RX brands
- Bachelor degree and above in medicine, marketing, economy or related disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and influencing aptitudes
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking
- High level of drive and commitment to archive the goals
- Strategic approach with ability to analyse the market data, draw conclusions and translate them into actions
- Hands-on individual with high level of flexibility and change agility
