For our client, international Banking company we are currently looking for a person to hold a position Product Management Manager. Company is located in Kraków.
Person employed on this position is going to be responsible for leading the Product Development, ensuring collaboration with many departments, managing projects from conceptualization to the industrial execution. Develop and distribute appropriate communication to stakeholders. Analyze & drive the growth of key KPIs across the entire funnel by conducting product experiments with overlapping multivariate tests on our custom experiments platform. Own the product development lifecycle in a cross-functional team with a prioritized roadmap, clear milestones, and short iteration cycles. Deeply understand the needs and behaviors of our users, and generate actionable insights through and quantitative research to drive product strategy. Builds and maintains relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Expectations towards Candidates are:
- Min. 5 years of experience in a Product Management (Financial Services)
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision making skills and excellent communication abilities, including ability to give effective presentations
- Capability of cooperating in international organization, having innovative, flexible and adaptable attitude
- Good understanding of product governance, product management, outsource managements
- Practical experience working within a global product/business management role with good understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks
- Good understanding of investment, banking, credit and insurance products and services
