For our Client, automotive company located in lesser region, we are seeking to recruit an experienced manager to join Development Center as Product Development Manager.
Product Development Manager will be responsible for establishing the new office and leading the engineering team (mechanics, electronics). Person on this position will be leading the solving process of critical productc/project/ process issues with customers and suppliers. What is more, R&D manager will be responsible for development of individual and team expertise and deployment of the design process, standards and capacity planning, incl. external resources to cover projects needs.
We are looking for Candidates with technical education (mechanics or electronic) and at least 5 years of professional experience in automotive industry (including team management). A successful Candidate should have an excellent communication skills, teamwork experience and speak fluent English (C1,C2).
