Opis stanowiska pracy

• Analytics of demand aggregation with requesting and gathering numbers from the business units 
• Sourcing with the preparation of tender documents and supplier communication 
• Checks and administration of contracts in the relevant systems 
• Extracting necessary information for general KPI and specific ESG reports 
• Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets 
• Create and maintain eCatalogues
• Executing tasks within the S2P process 
• Purchasing administration
• Ensuring data accuracy in systems
• Gathering of report information
• Communication with internal customers / stakeholders and with suppliers 
• Tracking timelines and any other procurement targets 

• Experience of leading Source to Contract processes Benchmark 
• RFP/RFQ 
• Contract discussion 
• Negotiation 
• Supplier selection 
• Understanding of the Procurement process: Procure to Pay 
• Engagement in process and accountability for own work 
• Experience working with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba) 
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including supplier and internal stakeholders39 management. Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills 
• Customer service mindset with a collaborative approach 
• Language: English
