Procurement Process Manager
Miejsce pracy: PoznańFor our Client, a company known all over the world which has dynamically growing SSC based in Poznan, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position Procurement Process Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing procurement processes, analysis and tools to maximize spend and reduce costs
- Managing and ensuring delivery of spend, market and supplier analysis
- Leading and developing Analysis, Tools and Procurement Processes Team
- Developing procurement master data management
- Reporting KPIs and continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives
- Optimizing strategic processes within procurement and sourcing fields in accordance with company's goals, quality standards and requirements
- Managing the overall business relationship with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in similar role within consultancy and/or procurement in production companies or Business Services
- Experience in international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of SAP
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, creative and business mindset
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
