We are looking for the person to hold the position Procurement Operations Associate with Germanand English to one of the Shared Service Centre in Cracow.
Your responsibilities
As Procurement Operations Associate with German and English, you will support our Clients in Procurement process in their financial systems. Mostly, you will deliver operations on the highest level and within agreed timelines and quality targets, administrate procurement processes for the clients, respond to employee and vendor inquiries regarding Procurement related topics. You will be also responsible for maintaining permanent contact with different stakeholders and preparing reports according to process documentation and within agreed timelines.
Our requirements
To be a good Candidate for this role you need to have min. 1 year of experience in procurement area or similar one, excellent German (C1) and very good English (B2/C1) skills. Good Excel skills or working experience in procurement/finance/accounting area will be an asset.
