Requirements:
- Fluency in English language
- Fluency in an additional European language or languages
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Production of detailed, governed, and validated process documentation
- Procure to Pay process flow experience and awareness
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre environment
- Advanced PC skills, including all Microsoft packages
- Ability to create a strong network of contacts inside the business to enable the delivery of simple scalable processes
- Problem solving & managing ambiguity
- Ability to be innovative and creative, ability to plan, prioritise and organise own time
- Results orientated approach
Responsibilities:
- Support, drive and ultimately lead improvement initiatives using the appropriate methodology. This is a hands-on role which requires working with teams across the International CoE
- To understand relevant processes, identify and remove waste, drive efficiency, standardisation and support the delivery of change
- Ensure effective communication and full engagement with all workstream peers and leads
- The role may also include acting as the Subject Matter Expert for any process impacted, or under review, where knowledge is required for non-CoE/ strategic/ business projects
- Ensure effective handover of new capabilities to stakeholders including process maps, SOP"s, training material and measurement systems
- Ensure compliance with global and local legislative requirements
