Procurement Analyst
A person in the position of Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the European or American market. A successful candidate will manage the purchasing process to maximize cost savings, negotiate and the use request for proposals as well as vendor benchmarking.

Our Client is from the financial sector. They decided to open their international structures in the Warsaw City Center and currently we are searching for the Procurement Analysts to their global team.
Description
- Close cooperation with business owners, Procurement and other teams
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business requirements
- Track performance of the organization's spend, supply market, costs, and tiers of suppliers
- Identify expense reduction/management opportunities
- Access new suppliers, reduce lead times, and guarantee supply
- Negotiate, create and execute contracts with suppliers
- Develop, issue and manage the process for bids/RFP process for products and services
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers
- Create and monitor purchase orders in the Procurement system and all associated activities up to payment to the supplier
- Propose and run process improvements
Profile
- Higher education in business, supply chain, finance or economics
- 1 year of experience in the procurement/strategic sourcing position
- Experience in category commodity management strategies including category assessment and development of detailed commodity strategy
- Experience developing bids and negotiation and administration of contracts
- Very good knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in continuous improvement projects in procurement processes
