For Our Client - a Fortune 500 company and global leader in manufacturing industry, we are looking for Process Specialist for SAP users. The company is known for it's commitment to the environment and cutting-edge technology.
Your new role
As a SAP Process Specialist you will provide day-to day user support of the SAP Order Management process area for the Global Customer Service team.You will be responsible for leading work to make system changes that either enhance the end-user experience, create stronger linkages to our customers, and/or improve bottom line profitability. You will be part of a US based team, but also afforded the opportunity to act independently. International travel will be required from time to time including an initial 4-month training period in the United States.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent command of English (written and spoken), University degree, strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with all levels of our organization and with external partners.
SAP ECC/R3 and CRM experience, experience with EDI document types and related mapping requirements, customer service experience in a SAP environment.
