Description
- lead and support major change management initiatives as defined by senior management
- gather requirements and ensure alignment with process owners in terms of feasibility, priority and scope
- organise workshops with external providers and departments involved in project
- create project schedule, provide status update to Project steering
- contribute to local project portfolio planning process
- monitor and report details of project portfolio performance (qualitative and quantitative measures)
- active participation in system release management
- involvement in Provider Management
- identify and drive change and associated initiatives within local Process Management
- facilitate / coordinate process improvement initiatives locally
- support the process owner to enhance efficiency & effectiveness of the processes in compliance with corporate rules
- develop and implement procedures and guidelines
Profile
- university Degree in Business Administration/Economics or Industrial Engineering (or comparable)
- 5-6 years of experience in project management, including IT projects (preferable: leading projects in a multi-cultural, cross-functional setting)
- working experience in finance companies (preferable leasing) and/or in consulting / audit companies focused on financial services industry
- experience in business analysis, including process mapping
- knowledge of IT area and experience in cooperation with IT providers
- willingness and ability to search for solutions, supported by the right questioning techniques and creative approaches
- high striving for operational excellence, process efficiency and business effectiveness
- self-motivated, self-sufficient and disciplined
- fluency in English (both oral and written)
- knowledge of CZ/SK languages will be an asset
