Process Excellence Specialist (mid/senior)

We are looking for a Process Excellence Specialist, who will be responsible for improving processes within Finance area - RtR, OtC area. This position promotes continuous improvement culture and business process excellence.

Our client is a global, production company. They produce and sale ceramics, refractory materials and control systems for demanding industrial usage.

Description

• Analysis of the effectiveness of processes in RtR, OtC area;
• Performance metrics analysis, process mapping and observations;
• Working on improvements in quality, efficiency, and desired delivery;
• Working closely with operational teams to implement process improvement procedures;
• Cooperate with Business Intelligence and IT team to support performance management system;
• Training Teams in the use of Lean Six Sigma, Continues Improvement and Automation tools.

Profile

• Experience in accounting area - RtR/OtC/PtP,
• Proven experience in process improvements, implementations, KPI analysis or related,
• Very good Ms Excel (macro),
• Preferably - experience in applying Lean, Continuous Improvement and automation/RPA tools
• Very good English - C1
