Opis stanowiska pracy

Laris Hotel Group is looking for a Pricing & Revenue Specialist to lead and manage pricing for 10 small to mid-sized hotels located in and around central Krakow and Prague. The successful candidate will form part of our growing sales team and will play a key role in managing the day to day pricing for the Laris hotel chain in line with the sales budget. We are looking for somebody with a proactive and positive attitude who is looking to develop their career with a growth company in the hospitality industry.

 

Responsibilities:

Making recommendations to Management on pricing strategies; communicating pricing strategy, structure, policies and processes to the organization

Developing KPIs and necessary system tools and dashboards for tracking pricing performance and to optimize pricing activities

Supporting the pricing forecasting process for improved forecast accuracy

Connecting new travel agency partners to our pricing system and solving any connection issues that could occur

Supporting the development of a Pricing Pipeline of activities and the identification of new pricing opportunities for improved business profitability

Providing support to the sales quotations process, sales campaign development and pricing levels for new and existing customers;

Performing ad hoc analysis and adjusting pricing on a regular basis to drive sales

 

Job requirements:

Confidence in communicating in English

Analytical mindset and numbers driven person

Some experience of pricing/revenue management in or out of the hotel industry would be preferential but not absolutely necessary

Good communicator and team player

Enjoys analysing data and making commercial decisions based on trends in the market

Independence and confidence to make calculated pricing decisions

Confident in using Microsoft excel

Some experience of hotel revenue management systems a plus but not absolute requirement
