Pricing Manager
For our client, an international company dealing in the rental of mobile homes, I am looking for a Pricing Manager. This person will work in an office near Warsaw or in Gdańsk, depending on the candidate's preferences.

Description
- Develop and implement customized revenue management/pricing strategies in line with overall strategy to grow market share, maximize deal profitability and optimize fleet utilization at branch level.
- Review opportunities to increase and optimize margins across deals through pricing and mix
- Monitor pricing trends across branches/regions as well as the competitive environment and identify relevant opportunities
- Act as Country/Regional Pricing Advisor to the Country Manager, Branch Managers and Sales team and support change management related to new pricing strategies
- Own and maintain all price lists (and pricing tools).
- Actively participate in the Framework Agreements design
- Assist with the development of innovative commercial strategies and action plans to address business needs
- Explore with local commercial and marketing teams new pricing and promotional tactics, conduct pilots and monitor results
- Develop central/local price expertise by identifying, sharing and implementing best practices
- Create and disseminate pricing related reporting/documentation/governance to the Country Management
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance / Economics / Business / Operations or related field, or equivalent experience required
- Prior pricing experience (5+ years) in Poland is an advantage, preferably in the B2B industry
- Experience in the service/rental/construction business (1+ years) in Poland in the B2B industry necessary
- Must possess solid quantitative and analytical skills, the ability to work in a team setting and supporting change
- management within the organization
- Ability to think quantitatively, to quickly review reports and data and to prioritize opportunities
- Advanced level experience with Excel required
- Experience with a pricing tool preferred
- Capacity to understand, listen and influence across various levels of management
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen and sound interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, as well as solid presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the country/region
- English and Polish will be the working languages, both languages at C1 level required
