For our Client, well-known international E-commerce company we are looking for a person interested in the role of Pricing Analyst
Your new role
- Regular creation of reports as well as ad hoc analyses
- Creation of tools for automated price changes and optimisations
- Analysis of the sales figures of the individual areas and identification of optimization potentials for growth and earnings increase through targeted pricing
- Create price models to achieve company goals(margin/growth)
- Continuous optimization of prices based on the price-selling function and the competition in close cooperation with the regional pricing managers
What you'll need to succeed
- Interest in pricing, economics, and/or consumer behavior,
- Strong analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An excellent university degree focusing on economics, business or likewise
- At least 2 - 3 years relevant experience in pricing / sales or business intelligence, ideally in e-commerce
- Experience creating visualisations in Tableau
- Excellent Excel and SQL skills (Preferably also Python)
- Solid analytical skills coupled with a passion for numbers and large amounts of data, as well as the ability to derive pragmatic business decisions
- High degree of responsibility and independent working
- Fluent in English
