To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Portfolio Management Oversight Officer. 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• technical / content-related responsibility for the connection of new and existing outsourcing partners – evaluating the Due Diligence
• establish, own and continually develop the Portfolio Management oversight control environment to ensure reliable due diligences procedures
• ensure an effective governance framework for the current outsourcing activities. Contribute to the development of an automated solutions
• oversee the proxy voting activity (internal and external) and EMIR
• organize periodic service reviews/ due diligence meetings with group-internal and third party service providers including on-site visits
• regular communication, ensuring the flow of information and exchange with the specialist departments, the management, outsourcing partners and the Group
• act as central contact person and coordinator for all Portfolio Management over-sight related queries
• contribute in managing the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with service providers in order to oversee the quality of the services rendered and improve operational efficiency
• review of KPIs from all delegated Portfolio Managers
• active contribution to the Anti Dilution committee

What you offer:

As successful candidate, you will bring the following:

• university degree / technical college education or relevant working experience
• several years’ professional experience in the financial industry, preferably in the control environment or risk controlling
• basic understanding of Luxembourg and Ireland’s regulatory framework is a plus
• very good communication and presentation skills - experience working and communicating with senior level clients and management
• fluency in English, German language skills would be an asset
• good organisation skills and ability to work independently
• ability to work as a part of a team having strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• acting efficiently and professionally providing pragmatic and practicable solutions
