For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of PMO Manager (Global Operational).
Your new role
As a PMO Manager (Global Operational) you will be responsible for: Deliver IS project management services within Company supporting execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule; Lead the PMO team and monitor the IS program/IS project portfolio delivery according to agreed targets, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation actions; Ensure that investments and initiatives in IS project management services are aligned with business strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess at least 10 years of experience in program and project management. Moreover above 1 year experience in working in a non-native country and culture. On this position you will need to have strong experience in building long lasting business relationships as well as in stakeholder management within an international context. Solid IS technology knowledge across the IS functions is also required. We are looking for individuals who have working experience in international company as well as have fluent English skills.
