A leading international system provider for innovative technical problem solutions, cleaning and clearing traffic areas as well as moving challenging green areas, is opening a new Corporate Service Center in Katowice to provide highest quality business services across Europe.
Description
- You act as a liaison between the Plant Procurement of the plants and the Corporate Service Center
- You will be responsible for the operational procurement of spare parts and control/supervise the ordering process from demand to delivery of the parts.
- You ensure the availability of materials and take responsibility for the management of missing parts including escalation.
- You will be involved in projects for the further development of the organization and procurement processes.
- You are the contact person for the relevant internal/external interfaces
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Plant Procurement Team in our Corporate Service Centre.
- Being a role model and ensures people leadership standards
- Participates in selecting and hiring new staff members
- Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual and team performance
Profile
- You have a degree in industrial engineering or an education as an industrial clerk with a comparable professional experience of several years.
- Very good knowledge of German
- Experience in staff management as well as in supply chain management is required
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Other foreign languages are an advantage
- You have a sound knowledge of ERP and eProcurement systems, preferably SAP/Ariba.
